1975 - The company was founded  by Mr. Jimmy Sudharta addressed at  Jl. Kopi No. 3A, Jakarta-Barat.

1983 - Started to build Mensa Building on Jl. HR Rasuna Said Kav B 34-35, Kuningan

1985 - The company started to operate in Mensa Building

1985 - Enlarged the capacity of warehouse from  Gunung Sahari to Pulo Gadung  industrial estate

1998 - Run a Surabaya branch

1999 - Run a Medan branch

2003 - Run a Semarang branch

2006 - New phase  - " change in management system "

2007 - Go Live Oracle System

2008 - Implemented Balance Score Card as a new management system
